Management of Chronic Diseases

Complicated clinical pictures with repeated complaints have often arisen over long time periods. Here, a detailed medical history is absolutely necessary, without which an overview encompassing the inter-relationships of the different complaints is not possible.  An appointment (on private billing) for an interview of one hour is planned for taking of the history.

The history (anamnesis) serves as the basis for analyzing the clinical picture according to classical Homoeopathy and Chinese Medicine. A homoeopathic constitutional remedy is worked out or a Chinese medical diagnosis is made and a herbal-tea formula prescribed. Other natural treatment methods such as Microbiological therapy, Ozone therapy and bio-identical hormone therapy have proven to be very effective and valuable for chronic diseases.

Examples are allergies such as neurodermatitis, contact allergies, food intolerance, hay fever and asthma; diseases of the intestinal tract such as Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease and Candida mycosis; digestive dysfunction including the so called “3 months colic” of infants; weakness of immune defense and susceptibility to infections; “auto-immune diseases” such as Hashimoto’s disease of the thyroid gland, multiple sclerosis of the nervous system;  chronic pain as with orthopaedic problems, rheumatism, fibromyalgia and the so called “growth pains” of children; psychovegetative exhaustion or “burn out”, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) with depressive mood swings and sleep disturbances; metabolic problems such as obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart and blood vessel diseases; women’s ailments e.g. menstrual disturbance, PMS (Premenstrual syndrome), infertility and menopausal symptoms; restlessness, pavor nocturnus, hyperactivity, ADS, ADHS, behavioural and emotional disturbance, school and learning problems of children; psychosomatic complaints such as repeated abdominal pains caused by anxiety.
